What is Datanario?
Datanario is catalogue, enquiry and delivery management for independent film & TV sales agents and distributors. It gives you a private catalogue, a branded website, a list of buyer enquiries and deliveries from Google Drive in one place.
Who is Datanario for?
Small film and TV sales agents, distributors and catalogue owners in the UK and Europe who want to show their titles, answer buyers and deliver materials without a pile of separate tools.
How much does it cost?
One plan, £200 a year including VAT. That is 2 months free compared with £240, and migration from WordPress or spreadsheets is free. There is no monthly plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your catalogue website runs on your own domain, or on a datanario.com address until you connect one.
How does delivery work?
You share your delivery folders in Google Drive with your Datanario account once. Then pick a title and a buyer: the buyer downloads from a private portal after confirming their email, or Datanario pushes the files to their SFTP server. You choose how long a delivery stays open, up to 30 days.
How does migration from WordPress work?
It's free. We move your titles, images and metadata into Datanario, you check the new site on a preview address, then we switch your domain and redirect your old page links.
Where is my data hosted?
On Google Cloud in the EU. Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's.
How do I start?
